Planned Targets Are Not Results
A planned distance, duration, interval, route, exercise or set remains part of the plan. It does not automatically become an actual result when a session starts or when its scheduled time passes. Actual values come from the active-session flow or the appropriate manual entry.
This separation makes the history useful: you can compare the intention with the recorded outcome instead of seeing a planned value presented as completed work.
Use the Session Hub as the Source
Open a session from Home to see its current status, planned details, location when applicable, progress and the available Week or 5 Weeks view. View Session lets you inspect it; Start begins the active flow. The controls shown depend on the session’s current state.
How Results Are Recorded
- Workout: record the exercises and sets completed during the session.
- Running and Walking: GPS records the active outdoor session’s route, distance and pace.
- Cycling: an outdoor active session can use GPS; indoor cycling uses manual result entry.
- Swimming: enter the completed result manually.
- Sport: complete the session using the activity selected from the sport catalogue.
Precise GPS tracking is used only while you run an active outdoor session that needs it. MyoErgo does not use HealthKit.
Status and Goal Outcome Stay Distinct
Follow the status displayed in the session hub rather than inferring completion from a target value. In a session challenge, completed and beat the benchmark are also separate outcomes: finishing the linked session does not by itself mean the benchmark was exceeded.
Sharing Does Not Open the Private Session
When you choose to share a completed-session summary in Collab, MyoErgo creates a limited snapshot. Participants receive that sanitized summary, not access to the private session, full plan or underlying route record.
Stop an activity if you feel unsafe or unwell. MyoErgo is not a medical device and does not assess whether a result is medically appropriate. Seek qualified care when needed, and contact local emergency services for a possible medical emergency.
