How Do I Plan or Reschedule a Session?

Planning starts from the day you choose on Home. MyoErgo then checks timing, conflicts and physical-activity readiness before a member’s session can be saved.

Plan From the Selected Day

  1. On Home, move through the weekly calendar and select the intended day.
  2. Tap the + for that day.
  3. Choose Workout, Running, Walking, Cycling, Swimming or Sport. Habits use their own setup choices.
  4. Complete the planner in order, including the activity details, date, time and any targets that apply.
  5. Review the summary, correct any flagged item and save.

Session times begin on quarter-hour boundaries. A time in the past, a conflicting slot or a physically impossible value must be corrected before saving.

Meet the Readiness Requirement

A regular member needs a current, finalized CSEP/SCPE physical-activity readiness questionnaire before creating, editing or rescheduling a normal training session. It remains valid for one year. If MyoErgo cannot verify its status, planning stays blocked and asks you to try again; a connection error never counts as approval.

Reschedule Without Losing the Session Context

Open the scheduled item from Home to reach its session hub, then use the available edit or reschedule action. Choose the new date and time, review the details and save. MyoErgo checks the readiness requirement, the new time and conflicts again because the schedule has changed.

View Session is for reviewing the plan. Start begins the execution flow. Keeping those actions separate helps prevent an accidental start while you only intend to inspect or adjust a session.

If Saving Is Blocked

  • Confirm that the selected time is not in the past and begins on a quarter hour.
  • Check the day for another planned session at the same time.
  • Open the readiness questionnaire flow if your form is missing, unfinished or more than one year old.
  • If the status could not be verified, restore connectivity and try again rather than bypassing the check.

Choose activity and targets that fit your health, experience and current condition. MyoErgo does not provide medical advice; consult a qualified healthcare or exercise professional when you need individualized guidance.
