Sign In or Recover Access
Sign in with your email address or username and password. MyoErgo does not offer social login. If you cannot remember the password, use Password Reset from the app’s sign-in screen and follow the secure link sent to your email.
A new password must contain 8 to 24 characters with no spaces, including an uppercase letter, lowercase letter, number and special character. Those creation rules do not alter an older account password before you choose to change it.
If access still fails, contact support and provide the email or username for the account and the exact error. Never send your password.
Manage Your Account
Profile shows your avatar, name, follower counts and member-since date. Open Manage My Account for your photo, identity, birth date, sex, phone, address, email and password controls, as well as deactivation and sign-out.
Usernames use 3 to 12 lowercase ASCII letters or numbers after normalization, with no spaces or underscores. A username change is limited to once every 14 days.
Understand Deactivation
Requesting deactivation blocks sign-in and schedules permanent deletion after 30 days. To request cancellation and account reactivation before that deadline, contact support; the app does not provide a self-service reactivation control. Deactivation is therefore not the same as an immediate permanent deletion.
Start a Collab Conversation
Collab opens directly to your active conversations. Use the compose button to start a new message or group. Member search is explicit: MyoErgo does not automatically expose the full directory and does not offer random or anonymous matching.
One-to-one and group conversations can include text, photos, polls and limited completed-session summaries. Shared summaries do not grant access to the private session. Message photos are re-encoded without EXIF or GPS metadata, limited to 5 MiB and kept in private storage.
Archive, Report or Block
- Archiving hides a conversation for you without deleting it for everyone.
- Use reporting when a member or message requires review.
- Blocking closes the one-to-one communication path in both directions and removes the blocker from shared groups.
- Blocked and Archived remain available from the search menu for the controls that apply.
MyoErgo is built for iPhone on iOS 18 or later. It is not an iPad, Apple Watch or HealthKit app.
